GOFF CEMETERY

East St. Martin

LOCATION: SW/4 of the NE/4 of Section 7, T7S-R8W

DIRECTIONS:   From the intersection of Bienville Boulevard (US 90) and Washington Avenue at Ocean Springs, go north on Washington Avenue 1.6 miles to Old Fort Bayou Road.  Turn right (east) and go east for .20 miles to the intersection of Old Fort Bayou Road and Rose Farm Road.  Turn left (north) and go .87 miles on Rose farm Road to Walker Road.  Turn right (east) on Walker Road and go .25 miles to the Goff Cemetery, which is situated on the right (south).  Walker Road is a dead end thoroughfare.

HISTORY:

In 2004, D. Anthony Goff (1959-2004) commenced this cemetery for the internment of his wife, Robin Davis Goff (1957-2004).  Robin requested that her corporal remains not be sent to the familial burial ground, the William Seymour Memorial Cemetery on Bayou Talla.(Ina Goff Arguelles Clarke, December 20, 2004)
